Policies:

We have a 90 day cancellation policy for months of June and July and 60 day cancellation policy for all other months.  You have up to 60/90 days before the arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee or 15% of your deposit, the larger of the 2. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay, you will be responsible for your entire stay and you will be charged for your entire stay. If you book within the 60/90 days, you have up to 7 days from the date you made your reservation to cancel and receive 75% of your deposit.

We have a $55 pet cleaning fee for the Honeymoon cabin and $85 for the Large Family Cabin and Romantic Hearts Deluxe Honeymoon cabin. No pets over 25 lbs are allowed in any cabin. No pets in the Kitchen Kottage.

There is no smoking in either cabin.

We have the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.  If our Pet and Smoking policy are broken, we can cancel your remaining stay at the cabin.

We strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle between October and May 15. We cannot be responsible for the weather and if we get a unexpected snow storm, you will most likely need a 4WD to get to the cabins.

Cleaning Fees:

Due to our extremely high rental cost, all rentals that are 4 days are less, there will be a $55 cleaning fee for the regular Honeymoon cabin and $85 for the Deluxe Honeymon cabin and $95 for the Large Family Cabin.  If you rent more than 4 days, no cleaning fee will be charged.
